I have illustrated family members preparing a meal. Usually my mother cooks for us. In this artwork I explain how much easier it is when we work together. My father is cutting vegetables, I am scraping coconut and my little sister makes us happier by sharing cute stories. Being with my family is a highlight for me. I value unity, happiness, helping each other and learning things.
My father is a businessman and my mother is a house wife. My one and only sister is a 3rd grade student. I like writing poems, drawing and creating new decorating things. I like peace and to be happy. I don’t like violence. I want to finish my studies well and be a primary school teacher when I grow up.

One of the main crops in Sri Lanka is paddy rice. In the past, many people were growing paddy. This picture shows how they harvested paddy in the past, by the traditional method. I am showing how they cut, collect, and bring the paddy in. I wanted to highlight how paddy is harvested and the importance of it.
In my family there is my father, mother, one sister, one brother, and me. I like drawing, collecting stamps, reading books, planting, and playing in my free time. I like good things and dislike bad things. When I grow up I want to be a lecturer to doctors.

Today is a Sunday and our school students went to temple. They went to temple to participate in Shurmadana. The highlight that I am illustrating is devotion.
I have a father, mother, and a sister. I like to play cricket with my friends in my free time. I like reading books and I don’t like to see terrorism. When I grow up I want to be a doctor.
